At Pulse, we offer different educational pathways to cater for all learners after they have completed Year 11 at school.

Pathway A
For players that achieve 4 Grade A* - C's (9 - 4), they will be placed on our BTEC Course at Level 3 Extended Diploma 

Year 1  - BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports Coaching and Development
Year 2 - BTEC  Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports Coaching and Development

Pathway B
For players that achieve less that 4 Grade A* - C's (9 - 4), they will be placed on our NCFE  Course at Level 3 Diploma.

Year 1 -  NCFE Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport and Physical Activity
Year 2 - NCFE Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport and Physical Activity

* Please note we also have the option of studying NCFE Level 2 in Sport for any learner who does not achieve a GCSE grade. 

Players who do not achieve a Grade A* - C (9 - 4) in English and Maths will be required to retake these at either GCSE or Function Skills Level. 
 
All students will receive 8-10 hours of football coaching a week from Pulse staff working on all aspects of the game with plenty of opportunities to play in fixtures.

Players from all pathways will both train and play in fixtures together so there are plenty of opportunities to meet everyone. This is what makes the #PulseFamily
